Pete Nusz

After serving in the Army Pete Nusz worked in truss manufacturing for 8 years with some of the area’s best framers. This experience gave Pete a solid working knowledge of proper structural building design.

Pete set out in 1987 to provide local builders with higher quality home plans. Pete again worked closely with journeyman framers and foundation builders for over 4 years to understand what they needed from a set of plans and how to draw accurate home plans that work in the field.

Pete has served local builders and individual homeowners designing solid, distinctive homes for over 22 years, including award-winning Homearama homes for numerous builders for 20 years.

Ron Stuart

At 14 years old, Ron Stuart built a vacation home with his step-father. Since then Ron has been involved in numerous design and construction projects. Graduating with a Finance degree from Texas State University, Ron joined a Texas restaurant group building a 250 seat restaurant. This restaurant building was constructed entirely with materials reclaimed from century old New England farm out buildings. Ron followed as a commercial construction estimator and commercial tile and marble contractor in the Houston area.

With other careers including teaching, ministry and medical sales, Ron has joined forces with Pete Nusz to help bring his outstanding home designs to a broader audience
